Stony Brook, why do you SUCK!?

If the food isn’t enough to make your stomach turn, think about the prices. I’m from the city and I know the chips they sell usually go a lot cheaper than SB. A regular sandwich with ham costs about 5 dollars oppossed to the 3 bucks you would spend any where else. If you hadn’t notcied, they changed the prices of the vending machines too. Yeah, yeah, it’s only a quarter, but it’s a quarter now, watch it go to $1.50 next semester.
If you live on campus (…as I once did…) you probably hate this. You go to take your trash to that stupid designated trash room that always stinks and all you see are those wide plastic containers filled with some sort of sauce leaking on the floor. Is it too much to actually put the trash in the "trash can", some people place it right in the flucking corner, like nobody’s gonna see it.
If you’re a commuter, don’t you love the way you’ll always see a couple of South P buses during the day, but when you need to catch one yourslef, it never comes.
Finally, this is a part of why Stony Brook Sucks. It’s a cold night, about 6-7pm, breezy as hell and you’re waiting for the bus. You recognize some faces from waiting so long so many times that you could tell who the commuters are. 30 mintues had passed and the bus still hadn’t come, until it finally rumbles, literally, up the SAC Loop. You make your way to the front of the bus when all of a sudden a crowd of people rush before you. It’s people going to Kelly and Roth, which is about a 5 mintue walk either way (Roth being the closest). Apparently they’re too precious to walk so they’d rather wait 30 mintues for a 5 mintue walk. I lived on campus and I never took the bus unless it was there waiting or I had something heavy, but I never waited more than 5 mintues for a bus. Why would I want to wait more than that? So now your standing while some person going to Kelly is taking up two seats because their lazy a$$ waited for so long. Exception to people who live in Tabler though, that is a trek. I would get home a couple mintues early, but now I’m late because the bus is packed with residents, when it’s clearly a South P Express Bus and the driver isn’t supposed to make those stops, so commuters have to get out the bus to let the residents out. This always happens on Friday’s… do you hate me God…?
One more thing… If you’re having a conversation, please keep the corny comments you tell your friend to yourself. It’s enough that the bus’ constant rattle gives me a headache and it’s earthquake-like bumbs knock me off my seat that I have to listen to someone talk about what they wanna wear tomorrow, please no corny convo’s…unless your talking about… StonyBrookSucks.com
