I wont even bother trying to explain to you the history of this site. Google about it, read the articles, browse the archives, look at my web traffic, look at the dozen copycat sites that have all been crushed. Read my newly published article all about the history of this site. This site has operated for ten years now. I started this site when I was a student and I had a deep passionate loathing for Stony Brook University. I've been out of the school for 8 years now and believe me, everytime I get an alumni donation request card - I'm reminded how much I still hate the school. But lets face it, I'm an old man. I've entered my thirties, web design no longer tops my list of expertise (as you may have noticed). I'm proud of what I've built. I'm proud that I've brought people together with a common idea, I'm proud of garnering close to ONE MILLION clicks thru to my site. But now is finally the time for me to pass the torch.

I've negotiated the sale of this site twice before, but it was always with stipulations - this was my baby. But now there are none. Do as you wish with it. I wouldn't care if the Official Stony Brook Fan Club or the University itself buys the site. But I hope it makes it into the hands of some industrious young punk as I once was, and becomes the launching platform of something great. Stony Brook's got plenty of lemons, but noone's making lemonade.

If you have a SERIOUS interest in buying this site, make me an offer. Make it an offer with at least three digits in the number ($XXX not including decimals), but plain and simple: I'll be selling it to the person with the best offer - which I expect to be a four digit number. Please, dont bother contacting me if you are just curious what it will sell for. If you aren't a webdesigner or dont have access to one, nor the ability or means to hire one - this probably isnt for you. I'm not interested in any side projects or doing any site maintenance for you. I just want to walk away and let someone else make it their own.
